The Doo-Wop Commitment to Sanitation and Social Distancing

The safety and well-being of our guests and team members have been, and will always be, our top priority.  Our strong routine food safety and cleaning standards have always met or surpassed all guidelines.  We have taken the the necessary steps to ensure the continued training of our team members while ensuring the confidence of our loyal patrons:

  • All Persons in Charge during each are trained and certified ServSafe® Food Managers, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

  • Masks and gloves are worn by all team members at all times

  • Removal of multi-touch items from the tables

  • Social distancing throughout the restaurant

  • A trained Sanitation Specialist who cleans every chair, table, highchar, menu and condiment container after every gueset

  • Disposable menus available upon request

  • Washing of team members' hands ever 15 minutes with soap and water followed by alcohol-based hand sanitizer

We urge all of our guests to continue to take the necessary steps in social distancing to ensure their safety and join us in combatting the spread of of Coronavirus/COVID-19.  Thank you for doing your part- we can't wait to serve you!
